본 피해사례의 게시의 목적은 더 이상 대한민국 땅에서 종교적 견해 차이로 구타, 감금, 폭행, 가출, 학업포기, 이혼, 가정파괴의 일이 발생하지 않게 하기 위함이며 불법적 개종교육자들의 이익을 위한 만행의 심각성 알리고자 함에 있습니다.
We inform the damage examples to prevent people from hitting, confinement, runaway, divorce, giving up the school, breaking up family for the different religious opinion and to announce the seriousness of illegal conversion training which is for the conversion trainer's profits.

2007년 A지역 이단대책 위원회라는 곳에서 저희 부모님께 제가 신천지 교회에 다니는 사실을 알렸고, 저는 개종교육에 끌려가게 되었습니다. 개종목자와 상담을 받은 부모님은 신천지교회에 출석한다는 이유로 저를 완전히 불신하기 시작했고 개종 목자의 지시대로 저는 핸드폰을 빼앗겼습니다.
In 2007 region A conversion training association informed my parents that I belonged to Shinchonji church and I was taken to the training.
After the conversion training pastor had consulted with parents, they started to distrust me with the only reason that I was in Shinchonji and took my cell phone away from me.

집밖으로 나가지 못하는 억압과 신천지교회를 비방하는 책자를 하루에 6-7시간씩 억지로 읽어야하는 강제적인 상황에 놓여 졌습니다. 또한 개종교육에 끌려간 당일은 10명이 넘는 사람들에 의해 강제로 차에 태워졌고 교육을 받지 않겠다는 제 의사는 무시되었습니다.
I was grounded and forced to read the book which was full of abuse of Shinchonji for 6~7 hours. The day I was taken to the place, I was forced to get in the car by more than 10 people and they ignored my claim not to get the training.

제가 끌려간 곳은 A지역이였으며 개종교육은 제가 듣든지 듣지 않던지 제 의사와 상관 없이 신천지가 폭력집단이라는 등 터무니없는 비방과 인신공격이었습니다. 또한 대답을 강요했고 저 한 사람을 두고 6-7명의 사람이 둘러싸서 틀린 것을 인정하라는 식이었습니다.
I was taken to the region A and they abused Shinchonji absurdly like Shinchonji is
vionlence group. They even didn't care that I heard them or not. They 6~7 people surrounded me and forced to answer the questions like getting me to admit that Shinchonji is wrong.

그러던 중 경찰에 신고가 되어 경찰이 찾아왔으나 개종목자는 원룸 문을 열어 주지 않았고 결국 30-40여분의 실랑이 끝에 경찰이 원룸 안으로 들어올 수 있었습니다. 그러나 현장에 온 경찰들은 저를 내보내 달라는 수차례의 말에는 대꾸도 하지 않은 채 그저 집으로 돌아가라고만 했으며 제가 또 이와 같은 상활이 발생될 수 있으니 나를 내보내 달라는 말에 그것은 관할 경찰서에서 할 일일뿐이라며 강제적인 개종교육에서 내보내 달라는 저의 요청을 무시했습니다.
Meanwhile the police arrived but the pastor didn't open the door for 30~40minutes.
Finally the police got into the room and I asked for getting me out but they just said "go back home". I begged of them to get me out on the spot because I would be confined again. But they said competent police station was responsible for the problem and ignored my asking.

경찰의 미온적인 대처로 저는 그곳에서 나와 개종목자의 계획대로 경기북부지부 이단대책 위원회쪽으로 다시 끌려가게 되었습니다. 의정부에 소재한 경기 북부지부 이단대책위원회로 끌려 온 저는 처음끌려갔던 곳에서와 마찬가지로 심한 감시를 받았으며 하루 8시간이 넘는 개종교육을 듣지 않겠다고 거듭 의사를 밝힘에도 들어야만 했습니다. 이러한 과정에서 몸도 지치고 심한 불안과 스트레스를 받을 수밖에 없었으며 식사도 할 수 없을 정도로 몸은 약해졌습니다.
with the ignorance of the police I was taken again to the conversion training association in Northern Kyunggido. In here I was observed in a very tough way just like the first place I was taken. I insisted that I not listen to the training but they had do it. Meanwhile I got stressed out, was getting insane and weak so that I couldn't even eat well.

그러나 항상 개종교육에서 빠져나가려던 저는 아침 식사를 하러간 음식점에서 도망칠 수가 있었으며 개종교육에서 도망친 2주후 다시 집으로 들어가게 되었습니다. 그러나 개종목자의 신천지 비방은 계속되었고 부모님은 일인 시위를 하겠다고 하시거나, 신천지교회를 불태우겠다는 협박을 하셨습니다.
I was always trying to find the way to get out and one day I could as people went to eat breakfast. Two weeks later I happened to go back home. The conversion training pastor didn't stop judging Shinchonji church. My parents threaten to set the fire on my church or carry out demonstration in front of my church.

개종교육 상담으로 시작되는 개종목자의 개입은 개종교육의 장소 알선, 신천지 자녀 상황대처 교육 등 개종교육에서 도망친 이후에도 부모님을 조종하여 계속하여 저희 가족사이를 비집고 들어와 헤쳐놓고 있었습니다. 부모님은 개종 목자의 지시대로 일인 시위 등을 말씀하셨고 계속적으로 개종교육을 강요하셨습니다.
With the name of conversion consulting, they gave the place to train and teach parents how to deal with the children belonged to Shinchonji. They don't stop controlling the parents after the training. Even when the trainees run away from them. They destroy a family. My parents mentioned go on and on the demonstration which the pastor advised them to do and insisted conversion training.

저도 더 이상 종교에서 만큼은 부모님을 신뢰할 수 없었으며 비방목자들의 신천지에 대한 터무니없는 비방의 말만 믿으려하시고 자녀인 제 말을 다 거짓말로 생각하시는 부모님과의 거리를 좁힐 수 없어 독립을 하게 되었습니다.
I couldn't rely on my parents about religion. They just trusted conversion training pastors who only judged and abused Shinchonji. They thought I was lying about everything and we couldn't make it . I finally moved out .

현재는 부모님과 1주일에 한번씩 만나고 있으며 대화를 통해 의견 차이를 줄여 가기 위해 노력하고 있습니다.
Now I,m meeting my parents once a week and trying to narrow the different opinions.

개종교육을 받은 당사자로써 저의 바라는 바는 한가지입니다. 정당한 방법이 아닌 비방과 비인격적인 방법뿐인 개종교육은 없어져야 한다는 것입니다. 가족사이의 신뢰를 무너뜨리고 양쪽 모두 큰 상처를 받아야만 하고 그 이후에도 치유되기 어려운 불신을 낳는 개종교육은 가족의 평화를 깨뜨리고 개인의 인권을 침해하고 있습니다.
이것은 행해져서는 안 되는 교육입니다.
I just want one thing as a person who got the conversion training.
The unfair, unhumane judgement and training should be over. It breaks trust in the family and hurt both side. Even some time passes, it still leaves incurable distrust to the family. It breaks the peace of the family and violate the right of a person.
It's the education which must not be done...
