Thanking again for those who sent their stories of religious conversion damage and because of the persecutions, we changed words that might expose identity of a writer and used a false name.
The purpose of reporting this case is to stop beating, confinement, violence, leaving home, giving up school, divorce or family breaking by view odds of religion in Korea. Also to inform serious barbarism for illegal converts' benefits.


I am a saint of Shinchonji. Last fall, I was attending one National University and left only one semester to graduate. Additionally, it was a middle term time.

My family is so peaceful that respects kid's opinion on religious life and because of the family reason, my parents wasn't attending a church. But one of the brother from Shinchonji had forced to go to conversion institution and have gone convert by listening what they said. And, he started to contact other sisters' and brothers' parents, and finally, my mom got a call too.

My mom said that the church I go is heresy and I will leave home soon. Also. mom said so terrible things that cannot be said to their kids from patents and started pressing me. But not as my mom misunderstands, I was attending school without absents and never left home.

But the press from broadcasting seem to reality that shinchunji, various attempts to run away and will arrive home on the brick of collapse. Because of that my mother falling to agony and she thought save my children so that she decided to conversion even though spend lots of mony. During the process of coming, four strength youth were taken.

Also my cell phone was gone and I could not connect anyone outside. My personal diary was taken and I did not get it back yet.
When I got an illegal education of conversion, they said that if I don't want any conversing education, they won't enforce. But after my family got persuaded, I got to take the illegal education at the end. At the place where I stayed, my family watched me all the time and even my relations guarded me.
It was shame.

One day I spent time listening tape in tiny one-room with my mother all day. The education of conversion progressed all day and I have never taken any education such a long time. I heard same contents over again for long term. It was a brainwash clearly.
Shinchonji - what they are called heresy - do not brainwash to deprive freedom. Whatever conversion do, they did not care click oppressive and deprive freedom of basic human rights. I did not understand the situation of conversion progress.

When I had a breakfast with pastor J○○ who is a leader of this religious conversion, I questioned this. 'Do you know the truth in the bible that let alone the person who are called as heresy by a rabbi who are praised in the Jew? and why do you educate for religious conversion passionately like this behavior in the quotation by "if they are heresy, they fall down, if they are orthodox, you can't fall down them(Acts 5:34∼40)" Pastor J○○ answered to this question that you thought that I did it, but your mother did it.

That is out of all reason. What I am stifled is that my mother agreed with this. I doubt that my mother who is planed this by herself and planed to bring along me to the education for religious conversion. Because of that, the way which the people who taken to there for the constraint education, reaction and behaviors are same. Pastor J○○ by himself is shirking of responsibility and pull the strings from behind my parents. These behaviors of J○○ seems like Satan's behavior.

After that, I couldn't believe my parents any more, for a while I couldn't sleep comfortably because of fear of which my parents under the command of pastor J○○ may take me suddenly. I can't forgive pastor J○○ who made me to be fearful, hard and afraid of my parents in this way who gave birth to me and protected me.

Please do not think the affair lightly, pray for coming the world which each person can believe in God in an atmosphere of freedom tranquility without education for the religious conversion.
