Broadcasted last year 2007, episode,724 (8th, may, 2007) and episode,753 (25th, Dec. 2007) which reported by MBC PD note about Shinchonji were defined as false biased press. Therefore, they did agree to make correction news.

Therefore, meanwhile controversial of PD report about shinchonji which made censure for two years in continue revealed false distortion biased press.

According to 13th Civil department of Seoul high court, after receiving adjustment documents, MBC was reported correction and rebuttal to the press about 'PD report' programme of Shinchonji broadcasted at episode,724 (8th, may, 2007) and episode,753 (25th, Dec. 2007) - first, the first screen of 'PD report' programme should be displayed as a title 'press release' at the top of the TV screen. Second, it should be displayed by each subtitles so that viewers can find out enough information. Last of all, MBC cultural broadcasting should report by reading the progress at the same time by a coordinator.

In addition, on the web site, http://www.imbc,com/broad/tv/culture/pd, posted on preview of 'PD Note' which broadcasted on 2007.5.8 and 2007.12.25 for episode 724 and 753, reported letter and conversion letter of those episodes must be broadcast within ten days from when adjustment documents of this event was received adding the contents of those episodes of 'PD note'.

The court declared that MBC cultural broadcasting should pay ₩1,000,000 per a day to Shinchonji church from the next date of the end of the ten days when broadcasting should post adjustment letter to the day when it finishes posting or broadcasting unless MBC cultural broadcasting posts or notices within ten days.

On the one hand, the side of Shinchonji church gave up all rest of the amount claimed to MBC cultural broadcasting, and they decided to pay all amount of court costs each other.

Relating this adjustment document from Seoul high court of justice on 2009.10.12, the side of Shinchonji Church insisted that this report event was from discriminatory religious war, MBC PD Note broadcasted false information on the base just only informer, and it started from false report made by conversion minister and a person who made sin and run away from Shinchonji. Also, they asserted that runaway, temporary absence from school, temporary retirement from office, divorce, and family troubles were started from that conversion minister instigated one's parents and family for forced conversion education, not fighting between parents and their children.

Moreover, because of MBC PD Note's false report the suffering parties were Shinchonji church and all members in Shinchonji. Shinchonji insisted that this false broadcasting which makes partiality in citizens' minds should not be happened again twice.

Through this report event, Shinchonji church was known as illegal organization which ignored morality and constitutional law because of partial broadcasting which contained false information, but through revised report that was announced as a true and real church with live lesson which the truth always comes out parentally.

In addition, Shinchonji church tries to make an effort for this society, religious world, and the way to live together, and it becomes a good model as it shows open administration of church clearly and serves various volunteer activity for love of neighbors in the society.
