This video is about friend of mine who lives in North Gawang-Ju. she was confined by her family and the police arrived, she shouts to the officer 'Help me, I being confined.' However, the policeman ignored her shouting and said, 'This is your family's issue. She has been confined since the fourth day of March . I can’t seem to receive any help from my own government agency and therefore, I am releasing this outrageous video to the net viewers with based on actual recorded contents.
상황설명
피해자와 이틀간 연락이 두절되어 집으로 찾아가보니 ‘저 여기 있어요’ ‘살려주세요’라는 소리가 들려 경찰서에 신고했고 경찰관이 집으로 들어가서 확인을 하고 나온 상황.
About the situation:
I did not hear from my friend for few days, so I went to her house and I heard her saying "I am here, help me." I reported to the police and he gave them the address.

1차로 출동한 경찰은 이렇게 피해자를 집안에 남겨둔체 돌아갔고, 신고자는 다시 112에 신고하여 이 상황을 해결할 수 있는 경찰관을 보내줄 것을 요청하였습니다.
: The cops left leaving the helpless victim at home, and reporter called to 112(emergency call in Korea) again to request police officer who can resolve the situation, but the same officer came.

police: Hi! How are you doing?
reporter: You are the same officer that was here before.
경찰관: 더 이상 뭐 할말 있어요?
신고자: 예예, 아까 안보여드린게 있어서

그 후 또 한차례 신고하여 경찰관이 출동하였으나 피해자는 집에서 나올 수 없었고 경찰은 상부 기관에 고소하라는 말만 되풀이하고 있습니다, 벌써 14일이나 감금되어 어떻게 되었는지조차 알지 못합니다.
가해자가 가족인데 가족문제라고 덮어두는것은 경찰관이 범행을 도와주는 것이 아니고 무엇이겠습니까.

Since that time, the police came one more time, but the victim was not able to come out from her house. And the only advice the police gave to report to the district headquarters. It has been fourteen days and we still haven't heard from our friend.
